Studio Rules & Polices
Studio Etiquette
At Authentic Pilates we want you to have a stress free and pleasant experience with us, with this in mind we ask you to review our studio etiquette. These guidelines are to ensure everyones, safety , comfort and success.
- Ring the bell so I know you're here.
- Leave outside shoes in the waiting area- no shoes in the studio.
- Wear clean socks - grippy socks are best for apparatus class.
- No perfume, it gets in the apparatus and may make the next client ill.
- No jewelry or zips on clothes it punctures and tears the upholstery.
- No cellphones unless permission is asked and given.
- Make-up and bronzers can stain the upholstery please avoid.
- Wear appropriate clothing and do regular checks for holes- I've seen it all.
- Body odour is offensive please don't put us through that.
- Respect the apparatus its the best of the best and is my pride and joy.
- Clean up your workspace and replace it as you found it.
- Do not chew gum.
- Let me know of any pain or injuries before each class.

Cancellation Policy
At Authentic Pilates we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. When you reserve a class, the teacher and other clients are effected by that. If you’ve reserved a spot someone else can’t. Further, the Instructor has planned her day around you. If you have to cancel thats okay, things happen, but be prepared to pay.
Refund Policy
The Studio has a no refund policy, however, we understand sometimes things are out of your control. Please contact us if you require a refund, as every situation will be weighed on its merits.
